The newspaper clippings, biographical data, and department newsletters document Eppright's career and her work with Iowa State students. The remainder of the collection contains correspondence and replies pertaining to her research on Iowa State's Home Economics Dept., numerous notes on the Home Economics faculty and history, and finally, a typescript manuscript copy of the History.
